Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure used to achieve smoother, firmer, and rejuvenated skin. This procedure treats various issues such as scars, burn marks, stretch marks, cellulite, melasma, enlarged pores, sun damage, fine lines, and wrinkles. Your skincare specialist uses tiny needles on the top layer of your skin. This controlled damage helps produce collagen and elastin during the healing process. These proteins keep your skin firm and smooth.
It is recommended to undergo at least three sessions consecutively with a 4-6 week interval. Depending on your skin condition, more sessions may be required. A touch-up session every 6 months to a year is also recommended to maintain the effects.
A single session may not penetrate deeply enough or provide enough stimulus to fully address concerns issues. Stopping after just one session might yield minimal results because the skin hasn’t had enough stimulation to undergo significant changes and may interrupt the repair or regenerating process
Consecutive treatments build upon previous results, strengthening and improving the skin's structure over time. The skin needs repeated stimulation to break down scar tissue. With each consecutive session, the skin becomes more resilient, firmer, and smoother.
Collagen and elastin production is a long-term process.Regular intervals ensure that the skin remains in an active repair and renewal state, maximizing the benefits.
Mild concerns require 3–4 sessions, moderate concerns (scars, deep lines) can undergo about 4–6 sessions and severe concerns (stretch marks, deep acne scars) would need over 6 sessions
